Where we ship

Across India only, at the moment. We do not ship internationally yet, and the checkout will not accept an address outside India.

How long it takes

Usually 8–9 days from your order to your door. Your design is printed for you after your payment clears, and only then handed to a courier, so that window covers both the making and the journey.

Remote pin codes and public holidays can add a few days. If your order has not arrived within 15 days, tell us — a delay past that is ours to fix, and you are entitled to a return or a refund rather than a wait.

What it costs

Shipping is free on every order within India. The price on the product page is the whole price. Nothing is added at checkout — no shipping, no handling, no surcharge.

Tracking your parcel

We email you when your parcel is dispatched, with the courier and the tracking number. The same information is always on your order page, which is the version to trust if an email goes astray: sign in and open the order.

Tracking can take a few hours to start showing movement after dispatch. That is the courier catching up, not a lost parcel.

Cancelling an order

Printing starts the moment your payment clears, so the window to cancel is minutes rather than hours. If you catch it in time, the cancel button is on your order page and there is no fee.

Once it has gone to the press we cannot call it back — our printer has no way to stop a job. At that point the answer is a return once it reaches you, and we cover the return postage.

If your address is wrong

Please check it before paying. Couriers deliver to the address on the label, and once a parcel is with them we cannot change it. If a parcel comes back to us undelivered because of an address error, we will contact you and either resend it or refund it.

If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit

That is ours, not yours. Tell us and we will reprint or refund — your choice. You do not need to chase the courier and you are not asked to prove anything beyond telling us what happened.
